Well, Christians use mainly the cross, because our faith is based on the fact that we believe that Jesus died for our sins and rose again. Another sign that is used is the fish. They used this sign back long ago when Christian persecution was going on and people had to figure out if they could trust someone. They would draw half of a fish, and if the person was a Christian, they would draw the other half. If they didn't, the Christian knew not to trust them becaus they could be persecuted.
Roman Catholics are the largest Christian denomination and do use rosaries on occasion.

Well, the word denomination has a few meanings. The word "denomination" can be used to describe a category, a religious group, or an amount of money (in the USA money comes in $1, $5 and $10 denominations.) The word contains the root "nom" which means) "name." Various Christian groups are considered denominations (or categories) in the larger group of Christians. Each denomination has doctrinal differences, so while they all believe in Jesus and use the Bible they may differ on ideas about free-will, which Bible translation to use, which books to include in the Bible, transubstantiation, confession, behavior of women in church services, full immersion baptism and many, many other things.
St Andrew was a fisherman and follower of Jesus. During his life he was a Christian Apostle and was present at the Last Supper. The term Catholic didn't come into use until centuries later and now denotes one denomination of Christianity. St. Andrew is considered both a Catholic and Christian saint.

There are no set definitions for religious terms, so it really is in the eye of beholder. In most cases, people only use denomination to refer to the different Protestant Christian religions, whereas branch refers to general categories within a religion that may have several internal movements or different denominations.
Depends on your personal opinion and how you define a Christian. Technically, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the "Mormon" church) is a Restorationist Christian denomination. They cannot (and don't want to) be classified as Protestant or Catholic, but still use The Bible as scripture and believe that salvation comes through Jesus Christ. You can learn more about what Mormons believe and form your own opinions about whether or not they are Christian at the "Related Links" below.
