I just did mine tonight,used a t40
On the brake pedal.
On the brake pedal assembly.
On my '93 Mercury Villager is a T40 Torx it should be the same on your '96 Quest.
An Allen screw is not likely in that period Pontiac. Try 15 mm regular wrench.
5/16 wrench for the calliper and a 9/16 wrench for frame side.
Just normal DOT3 brake fluid.
It is self-adjusting, normally.
calliper seems to be sticking up
This is usually cause by a stuck brake light switch on the brake pedal. Replace it.
In a repair manual or online.
Mounted to the firewall on the driver's side.
If the brake lights stay on that probably means the switch on the brake pedal that activates them is defective.
