Hello there...depending on how sturdy it needs to be. Does it have to support weight? If not go to your local Home Depot and buy 1 sheet of 1/4 birch luan and a hot glue gun...Then to you local hobby shop for some 1/2 inch by 1/2 balsa wood for the supports...that would be lightest way to do it...make 4 pieces 8 inches wide and 4 feet long ...which is the width of the plywood...then make 2 peices 2 feet tall by 8 inches wide. Then 1 more piece 2 feet tall by 4 feet long.....then cut 6 to 8 peices of the balsa wood 8 inches wide for your floor supports...Take the balsa strips and hot glue them to the 2' by 8" piece at 8" and 16" marks on both pieces..these are your sides...then silpt glue the remailder balsa at the very bottom and top of each piece...Then take the 4 fooot long pieces and glue the first one in on the bottom then the top...glue the luan on the 2 middle ones instead of balsa...easier to do..then slide into place...lay it on its face and place a drop of glue on the back of each piece of balsa 8 places...wish you luck..makle your other half give you a hand...Good night < Donald j nesmith>
