Best Answer

A disorder is a malfunction of the body, it's when the body simply stops working the way it should. A disease is a illness caused by certain pathogens, bacteria, or any of the like. They are very similar and in the medical world they can be used interchangeably. They can be used interchangeably because a disease can cause a disorder. The word disorder will be used more often to refer to psychological problems, where as disease is used more often for the physical disorders.
