Convictions don't have a statute of limitations. The limits only apply to bringing charges. Once you have been charged and convicted, they are there forever. You may be able to apply for expungement.

It depends on the crime. For assault and battery and false imprisonment it is 1 year and for fraud it is 6 years. For property damage and trespass it is 3 years.
