Light. Sorry, I don't mean to be flippant, but "lightweight" just isn't enough to answer this question. You're going to have to be more specific than "lightweight".

It does last as long as a solid structure; weaker but can still hold weight.
Line weights are different type of lines lighter and darker. for example if you wanted to make a box, the box itself will have to have darker lines but the flaps that will hold your box together will have to be lighter. sorry if not so detailed but hard to explain

If you place it on the point of the egg then yes an egg can hold the weight of a cinder block. The egg has to be perfectly vertical. You can also try to smash an egg from the points with your hand, and you will not be able to.
you mean will it not squish under load? I would say so, it takes alot of force to squash a can (about 20kg+) and Im sure a block like this weighs alot less.
Not enough info. - Depends on size of joist and size/weight of engine. For instance, a 2x4 would NOT hold any V8 engine ! - Be safe, rent an engine hoist and do it properly.

A weight bar is used to hold circular weights during weight lifting. They can also be used by themselves for balance and support during weight training.
