Between Austria and Switzerland
Switzerland and Austria share a border. But there is also Liechtenstein between them.
Since Australia and Switzerland are on different continents and several thousand miles apart, there is no tiny country that can be said to be between them. However, between Switzerland and Austria there is the small country of Liechtenstein.
Liechtenstein.
One of them is Liechtenstein, a tiny doubled landlocked country between Austria and Switzerland. That's all I know.
Liechtenstein.
There are many smaller countries (like Monaco, Andorra, San Marino and the Vatican State) but the smallest country that lies in the Alps is Leichtenstein, a tiny principality (ie ruled by a prince) between Switzerland and Austria.
The smallest German-speaking country is Liechtenstein. It is a landlocked country in Central Europe, bordered by Switzerland to the west and south and Austria to the east and north. German is the official language of Liechtenstein.
Spain, Switzerland, Scotland. San Marino, its tiny country inside of Italy that borders lightly on the AdriatIC Sea.
Slovenia is bordered by Croatia, Hungary, Austria, and Italy. Only one tiny bit of it actually borders the Adriatic Sea
The longest land border shared by mainland France is the Spanish border (623 km), just before the border with Belgium (620 km). The oversea department of French Guiana has a land border of 763 km with Brazil.
This is why: 1. The Swiss have not fought since 1815. 2. Switzerland is a tiny country. 3. Swiss people don't want to do training for war if they are always neutral. That is why the Swiss don't have a big army.
