first off, do not starve yourself. doing so will actually make you loss muscle mass, not fat. Ok for breakfeast eat complex carbs, like oatmeal, and egg whites, resist salt and drink water (salt makes you retain water which will make you look fat!). during late morning you should excercise for 30 min. (for max fat loss keep it cardio workout: tredmill, running, etc.) Lunch- eat heavy protein like a burger or chicken. eat the burger with buns for some added carbs. then digest and then go workout again. dinner- eat protein and load on some carbs ( i preffer protein shake). finnally eat fruit throughout the day, stay away from suger fruit like bannanas.
There is no specific way but not many people can lose very weight fast. A good way is to get regular exercise and a good sleeping pattern
