genrally the people over there are vegeratian.. but you'll find lots of variety in food overthere.. not much of spices but very delicious an finger licking tasty..some of them are bhatt ki daal, Palak ka kaapa(Spinach), aaloo ke gutke(spicy potatoes).. and the list goes on..
