The right types of fluids have to be in the car to keep it running smoothly. A 2003 Audi A6 Quattro 3.0 uses 5W-40 engine oil.
The 2002 Audi A6 Quattro was built in a 2.7L & 3.0 V6 and a 4.2L V8 only. If the engine was the 2.7L V6 engine oil capacity with filter is 6.9 quarts of European synthetic 0W40 or 5W40.
Depends on model year, driving style and climate but in general 5w30 or 5w40 synthetic.
4.5 quarts
About 5.25 with filter.
What oil does an Audi A4
5w30- check owner's manual. I run synthetic in my A4 2.8.
Underneath the engine, toward the right.
Use Exactly what Audi recommends as written in your owners manual. You listed no year so I would only be guessing.
19mm socket for the oil drain plug and a oil filter wrench if your not manly like me
Take the plastic skid plate off the bottom and you will have easy access.
Audi has it's own ATF, and the year model will dictate which fluid you must purchase from the dealer (for around $20.00 per Qt)
my 02 A6 3.0 Quattro holds 6.5 quarts and I only run synthetic in it
