In the US most residential an a fair amount of commercial lighting is done with 110 volt 15 or 20 amp Alternating Current (AC) curcits.
A large amount of office lighting is done with 277 volt 15 amp ac curcits. Some is done with 240 volt ac and some with 480 volt ac, but these ar usually in industrial or large area applications.
There is also 208 and other source power applications but these are rarer still.
LED, Florecent and other types of lighting is supplied through Transformers with various voltages from 2 or 3 volts up to 10 or 15000 volts at very low amprages.
The general rule is to accomplish the lighting requirements with the most efective and efficent possible amps and curcits based on the available power supply scource.

To limit the current flowing through the primary circuit.
There is no disadvantage with a current transformer -it does exactly what it's supposed to do, that is:reduce the current flowing in the primary circuit to a value that can be handled by its burden (ammeter or protective relay).electrically-isolate its secondary circuit from the primary circuit.
A current transformer doesn't 'measure current'. It merely reduces a large current flowing through its primary to a smaller current which can be read by an ammeter connected to its secondary. At the same time, it electrically isolates the secondary circuit from the primary circuit, which is essential if the primary circuit is part of a high-voltage system.

This circuit's primary designation is fog foam.
The secondary need to continue and help the primary one.
This is the current flowing in the primary circuit when full-load current flows in the secondary circuit.
The lighting color wheel is different from a painting color wheel. If the painting primary colors of red-yellow-blue are added in equal amount, the result is black. If using lighting primary colors of red green and blue lights, the result is primary white.
To limit the current flowing through the primary circuit.
To electrically isolate the secondary circuit from the primary circuit, without changing the voltage.
No ; False
The terms 'primary', 'secondary', and 'tertiary' winding has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with voltage levels. The primary winding is simply that winding connected to the supply, while the secondary winding is that winding connected to the load. The voltages of these windings depend on whether you are dealing with a step-up or step-down transformer.

Motherboard... Maybe.
