Just found this virus on my pc, formated my hard drive and reinstalled programs, of course this worked, but since then I have found a procedure that works (without formating) This virus is known as WIN-ETO HIGHJACK and sets itself up as your home page, no need to try and reset your home page as soon as you do it's back. In Internet Explorer under the tools I do not have a folders option?
I believe you might have the wrong program in mind - Internet Explorer does not have a Folders option. However - * Windows* Explorer does. Windows Explorer is the program that opens when you want to browse files on your own computer (i.e. My Computer, My Documents, etc.). If you go to My Computer (which opens Windows Explorer), you should be able to go to Tools -> Folder Options.
