This depends on what is meant by "largest". With a weight of 540 tones, the heaviest ship in the First Fleet was the naval vessel, Sirius. It was believed to be about 100ft long and 32 ft at the beam (its widest point).
The largest of the transport ships was Alexander, weighing in at 452 tons and being 114 ft long and 31 ft at the beam.
The HMS Supply landed 18 January 1787.
The leading ship of the First Fleet was the Sirius.
When the First Fleet arrived in Australia, it symbolised Great Britain's claim on the eastern half of the continent. Colonisation means settling an area in the name of a particular country (or group), and the First Fleet's arrival meant that Europeans were settling in Australia under the name of Great Britain.
Thomas Barrett, at age 17, was hung within a week of the First Fleet landing in 1788.
The First Fleet was the name given to the eleven ships that sail from England transporting convicts to Australia in 1787. They arrived at Sydney Cove in 1788. Here they built a prefabricated house for the Governor and primitive huts for the others.

Records do not show the name of the ship on which William Buckley, the convict, sailed to Australia. He was not, however, on the First Fleet.

As the name implies, it was a fleet of ships, not a ship.
When the First Fleet arrived in 1788, the area where they settled was New South Wales. This was the name James Cook had given the eastern half of the continent when he claimed it for Great Britain in 1770.The western half of Australia was known as New Holland, as it had originally been discovered by the Dutch.
Sydney was given that name in 1788 with the arrival of the First Fleet. Originally it was called Sydney Town, but this was soon shortened to just "Sydney".
the captain name was Phillip
Australia as a nation did not exist when the First Fleet arrived - it was called either Terra Australis, New Holland or New South Wales. In consequence there was no Australian Navy (that came in 1911, 123 years later). Two Royal Navy ships were part of the First Fleet - HMS Sirius and HMS Supply.
