"Remember the Maine" was the battle cry that inspired US to enter the Spanish-American War in 1898. I guess there was a similar battle cry about Pearl Harbor but it was probably "Remember Pearl Harbor" and did not relate to any ship, as many ships were destroyed there.
Actually, there were several. "Remember the Maine" has been mentioned, but there was also a similar battle cry about the USS Lusitania, which was sunk by a German submarine in 1915. As "Remember the Maine" was the cry during the Spanish-American war, so "Remember the Lusitania" also became a rallying cry during the first World War.

UNION - The Union Navy had a ship named QUEEN OF THE WEST which took part in the battles for Memphis, and Vicksburg. It ran aground during the battle of Big Black River in Feb 14, 1863. CONFEDERATE - The Confederats took the USS QUEEN OF THE WEST and employed it in their navy under the same name. It took part in one battle where it captured one ship. Then on April 14, it was set afire and exploded during a battle on the Atchafalaya River.

Casabianca remained at his post on the burning ship despite the chaos around him, ultimately perishing in the explosion that destroyed the vessel.
