It's highly unlikely he liked either of them:
- The Nazis were explicitly and insanely anti-Communist. They even went so far as to create the Anti-Comintern Pact with Japan and Italy, pledging to fight against Communists. This made them a natural enemy of Stalin's.
- The Social Democratic Party (SDP) was one of the major parties that helped form the new Weimar Republic after World War I, and resisted a formation of a Soviet-style government as had just formed in Russia. Additionally, the SDP had played a significant role in crushing the Communist-aligned Spartakist uprising in early 1919, permanently aligning themselves against German Communists. This would make them an enemy of Stalin's as well, since Stalin sought (especially after World War II) control of Communist movements in other countries.

(Just for the record. The Social Democrats were banned once before in Germany - from 1878-1890 under Bismarck).
