All windows files can play on a Mac if you run boot camp (which is bascially installing windows on your mac) if you want to run windows files on a native AMc operating system you must have the program installed for the mac version. For example, if you have Micrsoft Word for Mac then you can view files like .doc or .docx on your mac. Same with .wmp, you need window's media player installed on your mac.
Hope this helps.
.bat files are Windows, so no.
.exe files are executable files for the Windows operating system. They will not work on a Mac unless it has Windows installed.
Windows executable (.exe) files are programs that work with the Windows operating system and are not compatible with Macintosh computers.
Mac OS X and Windows are different types of computer operating system. Windows uses executable (.exe) files while Macs use applications (.app) files. The programming instructions are different between the two systems and so Mac OS X will not recognize an .exe file as a usable file, If your Mac has an Intel processor you can install the Windows system on your Mac and then run .exe files from there.
yes, i think so
You cannot just download and install Windows on your Mac. To install Windows on your mac you will have to partition your hard drive and then install Windows on that new partition. This will have no effect on your existing OSx. To do this you can use Boot Camp already installed on your Mac or Parallels which you must purchase.
Windows 7 will work on a recent Mac (See links below).
Games written for the Windows operating system require the Windows operating system to work. If the Mac has Windows installed on it then it will work otherwise it will not work.
Windows games are written to work with the Windows operating system. The Mac does not use the Windows operating system and so the game will not be able to work on a Mac. You will need to install the Windows operating system on your Mac or some software that emulates the parts of the Windows system that the game needs to have a Windows game work on a Mac.
In windows, not possible since you'll have to make it compatible to windows by converting it into exe in mac just install it and run them.
Games written for Mac OS X will work on a Mac. Games written for the Windows operating system will require the Windows operating system to be installed on a Mac to work. Some Windows games can be used on a Mac without Windows by using CrossOver Games software.
