Any of them my 1986 BMW had a wire that was arking and was blowing 2-3 diffrent fuses at a time could be bad wiring
Excessive current from most anywhere. What fuse, look at the fuse access cover or the book to see what circuit (horn, lighter, lights etc) to see which fuse is opening (most folks say blown) its actually a melted strip of wire where the current rating (10 amp, 20 amp etc)has be exceeded. Don't forget to look in the fuse panel under the hood also!
under the hood
The interior fuse panel is just inside the driver door on the edge of the dash.
I have the same type of car a 06 dodge stratus sxt sedan and mine is located on the driver side by the door. you will need to remove the panel where your fuses are located and it is at the bottom right. hope this helps.
If you have a water leak, you need the check the drain tube at each corner. If it will not move, check the fuses.
faulty brake light switch (on pedal)
under the hood on the drivers side there is 2 side by side each other. where the fuses are located over top of the transmission.
There is a fuse panel under the hood that say fuses and there is one on the side of the driver's side dash that you pop the cover off.
Open drivers door look on side of dash end is covered when door is of shut a large cover "says" fuses on it pull hard inside it has extra fuses and where they go
check the bulb again, are BOTH filaments good
The cruise system shares fuses with the engine and brake lights. If the car runs and the brake lights work, it is not a fuse.
Look in your owners manual for a diagram (p235). The Power Distribution Center (underhood fuses) are under the hood on the right side as you are facing the front of the car. The interior fuses are on the driver's side on the dashboard on the side.
Possibly bad brake light switch, or broken/disconnected wiring.
