If Ribosomes are removed from the cell, the protein will not manufature in the cell. The cell will not work properly.
This is short and sweet answer of this question by Aayush Arora (studies in Zinc Vidyalaya).
If ribosomes were remove from the cell, then proteins aren't made. If proteins aren't made, then the body cannot make repairs. If the body cannot make repairs, you will eventually tear yourself up and die, and no amount of time will heal any wound.
Ribosomes are crucial to cell life, and if removed will cease to translate mRNA from the nucleus into rRNA, which then will not be readable by tRNA who convert the sequence into amino acids that fold into proteins.
It would be like your nucleus (which speaks Chinese) trying to communicate to the rest of the cell (which speaks Spanish) without a translator (ribosome). The cell would be unable to carry out translation (conversion of mRNA into functional proteins).
- There won't be any protein in the cells - Hence, cells will not generate other cells
ribosomes
The 'free' ribosomes are for local use within the cell, whereas the ribosomes attached to the ER are transported to other parts of the cell or transported away from the cell.
ribosomes
Ribosomes can be seen in every living cell.70s ribosomes in prokaryotes and 70s and 80s in eukaryotes.
Ribosomes are made in the nucleolus of the eukaryotic cell. About 10,000 ribosomes are produced in a minute by the nucleolus.
Ribosomes
Yes eukaryotes such as animal cell have ribosomes.
Ribosomes make proteins for the cell.
the ribosomes help the cell stay healthy and alive
the ribosomes help the cell stay healthy and alive
Ribosomes are small ''protein factories'' for protein synthesis in cell. Therefore, cell use ribosomes for synthesis protein...
There are free ribosomes in a plant and animal cell.
Ribosomes are the primary site for protein production
ribosomes
Ribosomes are located in the cytoplasm of the cell and on the rough endoplasmic reticulum
Ribosomes are in every cell. Mitochondria are in eukariyotes only
Ribosomes in a animal cell are the color of brown.
