If Ribosomes are removed from the cell, the protein will not manufature in the cell. The cell will not work properly.

If ribosomes were remove from the cell, then proteins aren't made. If proteins aren't made, then the body cannot make repairs. If the body cannot make repairs, you will eventually tear yourself up and die, and no amount of time will heal any wound.

Ribosomes are crucial to cell life, and if removed will cease to translate mRNA from the nucleus into rRNA, which then will not be readable by tRNA who convert the sequence into amino acids that fold into proteins.

It would be like your nucleus (which speaks Chinese) trying to communicate to the rest of the cell (which speaks Spanish) without a translator (ribosome). The cell would be unable to carry out translation (conversion of mRNA into functional proteins).
