thanks for your input but I've been with my spouse for 9 yrs we have a little girl that 8 yrs old but i do have other children from my previous relationship.i had this discussion with him yesterday because he accused me cheating with my boss or doing other things that I'm not .where i work at is insurance office and my bosses are husaband & wife their very good people.But he thinks really crazy .yes i do love him but i don't want to keep being in a relation if he told me he does not trust me everbody has a past .my past it's not good but i gone through hell to get where I'm at.keep in touch

If you mean legally, then I would imagine it would depend on if you had children with the drug using spouse. If you do, it would be best to notify the police or contact an attorney. You have a responsibility to keep the children safe, and keeping them in a place where one parent is using drugs is not safe. If not, then all you would have to do is pack and leave.
