We should stop polluting the air to curb global warming. The precautions to stop pollution are :

1. We need to switch off our engines at signals when you stop to prevent pollution.

2. We have to filter all the dust and smoke from factories before letting it to the outside premises.

3. We must stop using plastic bags.

4. We must not burn waste materials.
You can prevent carbon dioxide pollution from cars, power plants and factories that burn the fossil fuels of coal, natural gas and oil.

What you may be thinking about is the political theory called the " enhanced greenhouse effect". This is a non science base theory that claims may MAY be responsible for some of the current warming.

The answer to this question would be that man is 100% incapable of doing anything to reduce his output of any gas by as much as 10%. Man only produces 0.3% of all green house gases anyway. Even if we could somehow shutdown all modern life. Stop feeding millions. Provide no more medicine or heat. Turn off every computer in the world. If all this was done, we could reduce our emissions by very little. (The rotting corpses would probably add to the CO2). With massive death and the complete shutdown of all modern appliances we could change our CO2 levels in the atmosphere by as much as 0.001% per decade.

Another Answer: It is possible that there is nothing we can do about global warming. Earth's climate has changed many times in the past due to factors beyond our control. If humans are contributing to global warming, we can try to use less electricity derived from fossil fuels, plant vegetations, and limit the amount of pollutants we release into the air.
