Well, 'have' and 'has' are present tense words. 'Have' is to use when you are referring to more than one noun, or yourself. 'Has' is when you are only referring to one noun. 'Had' is a past tense word, which you would use when you are talking about something that used to be so, or is not anymore.

The verb to have is also used as an auxiliary verb and the past tense of the verb to have is used to form the pluperfect tense of other verbs.
Past Perfect tense: I have cooked the dinner
Pluperfect tense : I had cleaned the house before I cooked the dinner.
(had here is an auxiliary or helping verb. The perfect tense describes a completed event in the past. The pluperfect describes a completed event which happened even before that)
