The car battery. Same as the lights, cigarette lighter, windshield wipers, power windows, power seats, and the heater (for a little while), when the engine is off.
Turn your key to accessory, but watch out, it will drain your battery
who is the comedian on blue collar who says check engine light off in his act
The radio is usually supplied power until you open one of the doors. Perhaps what you have is a bad door sensor? Try shutting off the car, and then opening the passenger door and see if it shuts the radio off. If that doesn't fix it, then whatever module the radio is connected to is probably bad.
Radio Use when engine is not runningYes, use of the radio when the engine is not running will drain the battery. Also, IF the use of the radio requires the ignition switch to be in the ON position, then any other devices [such as on-board computers, electric fuel pumps, etc.] that are turned on when the key is on will also add drain to the battery.IF your vehicle ignition switch has an "accessory" position [usually one "click" counterclockwise from the OFF position, then only the accessories that you turn on, will drain the battery.
Turn the Radio Off was created on 1996-08-13.

Some cars have a time delay before it turns off. I had a Buick Park Avenue that was like that. If you open the door the radio should go off. If not, you may have a wiring problem.
When the engine is on, batteries are being recharged. If you use a lot of electric power when the engine is off, you can drain your battery to the point where it will no longer be able to start your engine, and you will need to jump-start it.
Works when you turn off engine or radio.
You have to Leave it on for a hour with the engine off then it will let you reinput the code
Have your electrical wiring checked out, it is shorting out that causes the radio to shut off and the engine to stall. Start from the radio wiring.....Hope this will help..
Do you mean expressed powers and implied powers? Expressed powers are explicit in the Constitution meaning that they are written down in the section outlining the powers of Congress, the President and the Judicial Branch. Implied powers are powers that are implied in the Constitution. For example, the Constitution makes no mention of regulating radio waves (since there was no radio when the Constitution was written) but since they have the power to regulate commerce between states, if you consider radio waves going over state lines, then they also have the power to regulate radio waves. Also, radio is a business so it is commerce. This helps our Constitution be flexible and still used today.
It means that the radio is off.
