This is a possible dialer problem (similar to a virus) You need to get hold of a copy of an up to date anti spyware programme I use Ad-ware 6 which is excellent, you can either get these from a friend or on some freebee disks. If that does not find the problem a more drastic way is ---- Go to internet connections and remove all your connections (firstly taking note of loggin details and phone number) clear all cookies and then reinstall connections using wizard.

Make sure you have all the details first

Ask anyone you know for "Pest Patrol" Great program for all pests adware trojans dialers etc.etc. Install the program and let it do it's thing

You need to run these 5 essential steps to remove all the spyware on your computer.

1. Run Deckard's System Scanner (DSS)

2. Run Malwarebytes Anti-Malware

3. Run the anti spyware removal programs spybot

4 Run Superantispyware

5. Run a complete scan with free curing utility Dr.Web CureIt!

Install threat fire which will enhance your antivirus protection

What is the best antivirus when you already have a virus?

If the virus disabled your internet connection so you can't go online and download a antivirus, you can just download a antivirus installer on another computer, save it into a CD, DVD, or USB flash driver, and then plug it into the infect machine. There just copy it onto your desktop, install it, and the virus is screwed.

How do websites get infected with a virus?

There are many sources that can implement a virus onto the Internet, but one thing is definite, someone or something must've uploaded the virus onto a public area of the Internet and the virus is intelligent enough to install itself to your computer (whether it was intentional or not). Most of the time, the virus has the ability to duplicate itself onto several webpages. Once it gets onto a computer, it can attempt to spread itself throughout the local network and/or through removable data storage (eg. flash drives).
