It's possible you have water damage in your headphone jack, which is why it's no longer working.
The other common problem with the iPhone 5 headphone jack is that lint collects in there, and eventually enough gets compacted down in there that a connection is no longer possible. I would suggest using a very small, fine-tipped screw driver and gently poking into the jack. If it feels like it's hitting the metal, then it's probably water, but if you swirl the screwdriver around a bit and it doesn't feel like it's scratching the bottom, then you probably just have lint.
If it's lint, you can gently pull it out. If you need a new headphone jack, find a local repair shop or replace it yourself. (See related link below for a guide.)
Earphones might still work if the earphone jack was damaged or wet for an iPhone. It's likely that they are damaged though.
The speaker sound will turn off and the sound will go into your earphones.
No. There are speakers in the laptop. But, if no sound is coming out of them, they are most likely muted. If they are not muted, and they are still not producing music, check the volume of the music you are playing. If this is not the case, your laptop speakers are most likely broken, and are in need of repair.
Nothing happens, they still work but you just don't get the best sound out of your speakers
only plug in the microphone plug into your computer while still plugging in the speakers.
Before you go shopping for portable speakers, it is important to think about when you will most frequently use them. Some portable speakers may sound good, but also can still be bulky to transport, and vice-versa. Be sure to pick out the speakers that meet both your sound quality specifications, as well as are easy to transport.
Did you.. - plug it in ? - hook up the power ? - on what device are you using those speakers ? - Is it ON ? _ If its a computer .. Is the sound card detected ?
its not your speakers, its the radio
Make sure that the speaker cable is connected to your computer, your volume on the speakers is turned up and the volume on your computer is turned up. Make sure that no mute options are enabled. If you still can't hear sound, try using another program that plays sound.
It sounds, no pun intended, that the sounds are arriving at your speakers from somewhere. If you are connected to the Internet, then turn it off. If you have a wall that can you can move the computer to different to the wall or room you normally use, do that. There should be a reason why you are hearing sounds from the speakers. Good luck finding out what the reason is
AnswerThe amplifier on Infinity Speakers were integril to each speaker. Relpace the speaker with OEM (new or used) and enjoy the best factory sound around. There is the possibility that the sound processor is failing. It is located under the dash on the drivers side on my '93 T&C. May be different on a '92 but should be the same. I have the same problem with the front door speakers on mine. I have replaced both door speakers and still have the same problem. I can only believe it is the sound processor. Hope this helps.
