Speakers are playing unwanted sound. No windows or apps open but can still hear sound like a voice and sometimes a song playing and people talking coming from the speakers.?

It sounds, no pun intended, that the sounds are arriving at your speakers from somewhere. If you are connected to the internet, then turn it off. If you have a wall that can you can move the computer to different to the wall or room you normally use, do that. There should be a reason why you are hearing sounds from the speakers. Good luck finding out what the reason is
