Behind the rear cargo panel on the passenger side. If you have a 4 speaker system there will be one. If you have a 6 or 8 speaker system there will be 2. Hope this helps
Amps for the factory Bose system of a 97 nissan maxima are located in passenger door panel for the front and in the speaker casing in the trunk for the rear.
On my 95 pathfinder it is under the driver's seat. On a 1995 Pathfinder ,There are 2 amplifier,s located in the cargo area (Right Hand Side Under side moulding. You will see three silver boxes , Looking from thr rear seat it is as follow,s 1 AT Amplifier, 2 Rear amplifer (larger box),3 Front amplifier. I have un-Installed both amplifier,s . I kept and Traced down the wiring that goes thru the body and re-installed a new cd/radio, with an extra amplifier. This is real challenging if your not 1,a tech, 2 if you don,t have the factory wiring diagram,s. Nissan Audio Systems wiring diagrams are not included in the service manual, I have traced the wire,s , I am a Tech and I do have the wiring diagram,s. Someone suggested it,s under the front driver,s seat. I have yet to find an amplifer under there. There is the Factory ECM Unit under the passenger seat on the right hand side.
A duralast gold from walmart,640 cold cranking amps(800 cranking amps)
They are stamped from the factory. The numbers are on the unit but hard to see.
I believe it came from the factory with the Motorcraft BXT - 65 - 650 battery 650 cold cranking amps
From the factory , the battery was 650 cold cranking amps ( CCA ) ( BCI group 65 )
No, just if it has the premium sound with the subwoofer.
As far as we know, everything that we have read it does...We have had other people tell us also. my 95 was manufactured in 94 and hav two built in clarion amps. * My '93 Pathfinder has two clarion amps (the front amp was in the rear over the right wheel well, and the rear amp was in the front behind the radio, go figure). If I remember the wiring diagram correctly, however, it depended on which package was installed. There was a standard package that had no amps. That is similar to the situation on my '96... I have one amp, but again there is an option (according to the wiring diagram) that has no amps.
I believe it came from the factory with a BCI group size 40R battery that was rated at 590 cold cranking amps ( CCA )
It is located in the trunk up underneath the rear speakers. There should be a few clips and 2 nuts holding that panel up. It is stored where the factory amps are and if your car HAD a phone where that module is too.
Amp LocationMost amplifiers that come stock for the stereo are under the passenger side seat. Although some amps are located under the passenger side seat, the amp for the 1997 Camry is located on the passenger wall just behind the glove box.
The fuse box panel typically identifies the fuses on the back side (my '01 Max has a sticker on the backside of the panel that shows which fuse is for the lighter).Another suggestion:On a 2008 Nissan Altima, the blown cigarette lighter fuse was located in the driver side panel labeled SOCKET- 15 amps.
