No. The SSA does not issue social security numbers that begin with 9. Taxpayer identification numbers are not social security numbers, but you can use them to get a drivers' license, open a bank account, etc.
zero
My educated guess is zero. I do not think any US President every collected from social security. Very few recent presidents every worked for wages covered by social security.
No...zero is not a natural number, natural numbers start at the number 1.
zero is not a counting number. if you count the number of kids in a room, would you start with the number 0?
No.
Zero is an even number, but to say even numbers start with zero does not take into account even negative numbers. Zero is an even number on an infinite list of even numbers that has no beginning and no end.
Zero divided by any number is zero. If you start out with two numbers that aren't zero, then the result of a division is never zero.
They don't really have a start; they extend indefinitely in both directions.
yes a graph has to start from a point 0.
i have the security code number but it has a zero as well as a number eight in it
If the digits may be repeated, and if the number may begin with a zero, then it's just all ofthe counting numbers up to 999,999,999.If it can't begin with a zero, then you have to throw away the first 99,999,999 and there canonly be 900,000,000.
