I've never seen a free downloadable one before, but there at any of the classic mustang sites you can buy a nice reproduction owners manual. I don't remember alot of useful information in my owners manual, and you may be looking for a Ford shop manual instead. I know that Detroit Iron sells CD's with the ford service manuals on them.
