The framed poem was given to the Kennedy Presidential Library through the will of a former Kennedy Administration staff member who passed away in 2005. The poem will be sent out immediately for conservation. After the poem’s restoration, it will be displayed in the Museum at the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library. ~ The Gift Outright ~
The land was ours before we were the land's.
She was our land more than a hundred years
Before we were her people. She was ours
In Massachusetts, in Virginia.
But we were England's, still colonials,
Possessing what we still were unpossessed by,
Possessed by what we now no more possessed.
Something we were withholding made us weak.
Until we found out that it was ourselves
We were withholding from our land of living,
And forthwith found salvation in surrender.
Such as we were we gave ourselves outright
(The deed of gift was many deeds of war)
To the land vaguely realizing westward,
But still unstoried, artless, unenhanced,
Such as she was, such as she would become.

Here's one... wait until the inauguration to find out! However, officials have stated there there should be over the 1.2 million people who attended President Lyndon Johnson's inauguration. Nicholas Pegues a former Memphis Congressional Intern who attended the inauguration said that there were millions behind him from the Capitol Grounds.
You can easily find a working copy on eBay
John Kennedy is probably the answer. I can not find any documentation that Rose Kennedy attended, but she was alive and in generally good health at the time, so she must have attended with his husband, who I know was there.
