A couple of things you can do:
1. Look in Used Car ads for 1991 Buick Park Avenues selling near you. When you find one, drive over and pull the panel and take a look 8-)
2. Go to a "Junk" yard (AKA "Auto Recycling Yard") and get one.
3. Ask someone else who has one to let you take a look.
4. The fuses should have their "Value" stamped on their ends ;-)

Going to jump in ...check owners manual often they have them listed with position in fuse block and values. Mike from MN
It is located inside front cover of engine.
The PCV valve on a 1995 Buick Park Avenue is located on the top of the valve cover. Twist the valve and pull to remove and replace it.
When you remove the cover it should be on the underside of the cover. Also, if you have the owners manual it is in there.
The 1997-2005 Buick Park Avenue's and Park Avenue Ultra's all use the same bumper cover part number. So I think the bumpers themselves would be interchangeable.

passenger side under dash. cover has to be remove to see it
Under the dash below steering Column behind a plastic cover
Hey Chris==It is in the right valve cover. There should be a hose from it to the intake or carb. GoodluckJoe
To replace the lights in your car you need to unscrew the headlight cover on your Buick. Once this is removed you can unscrew and replace the old bulb.
Inside of the transaxle. They are located just inside the side cover. Although some part disassembly is required to get full access to the cover, to remove it.......it CAN be accessed for side cover removal, to service solenoids.
