QOD Gold is by far the best Keratin treatment. Although it contains formaldehyde (sp.) it is the original and works wonders. The only down fall is the price which is......$359! So dont waste ur $ on the cheap knockoffs because its not worth it! I've heard of some Global keratins that is supposed to be good too? But I know QOD from experience! DON'T waste your money on the QOD, it is NOT nearly as good as Coppola Keratin Treatment. Coppola lasts longer too.
"QOD" stands for "quaque die" in Latin, which translates to "every day" in English. It is commonly used in medical documentation to indicate that a certain treatment or medication should be administered daily.
QOD is the abbreviation for every other day.
QOD (from Latin, quaque altera die) means every other day, as in a medical dosage of a drug.

When writing in a patient's legal medical record, you are recording events and issues as they occur. Using medical terms denotes that you are competent, and educated. If poor spelling and grammar are present, it immediately poses to question to the reader: "Is this the person that I want to be treating me/my patient and documenting my illness and issues?". Another issue is that if a medical term is misspelled, it could actually mean something else! For example, if a patient is to have a medication "QOD", but the spelling is incorrect and written as "QD", then you are basically saying that the patient should have the medication EVERY DAY (QD) when it was meant to be taken EVERY OTHER DAY (QOD).
