You have to win trophys or medals (something like that) then in the area you first spawn (battleon) you should see a npc near twilly and the healer. Grey armor, red eyes. After you have your trophys, click the quest potion surplus. complete it and then exchange 1 trophy for 1 health potion. Be careful you can only carry 3 potions at a time.
PS: if your not a member and still want to do pvp (its member) press x ingame to bring up signin screen to get on list for pvp :D

You can also get potions from Reens in Arcangrove. She is in the tower, and you can do quests to get potions and you can buy potions in her potion shop.
