No, unfortunately Cod4 does not have Nazi zombies for these reasons. * Its a new idea they came up with when making Call of Duty 5: World at War * Nazis don't go with time period that's in Cod4 (Nazis were around 1941-1945)and Cod4 takes place around this our time period (2000+)

because the call of duty company wanted to copy the idea of zombies from the game nazi zombies and still put in a one player story mode Both games are marketed from the same company. Treyarch created the Zombies as a map on Call of Duty World at War and also included an additional map on each of the three map packs. With the release of the Prestige and Hardened edition of the game Call of Duty Black Ops developed by Treyarch those 4 maps were included along with 3 additional maps. Two more zombie maps are available as part of the Map Packs being released for Black Ops The zombie maps are very popular and that is why they were chosen to be added into the hardened and prestige editions of the game. They are so popular that the sold out games are now selling for $100 more than the original $80 cost

No it is not like Red dead redemption where the zombies are a stand alone Call of Duty Game like nightmares is for red dead redemption along with being available as a DLC. have no idea what your question means but I'll have a go at answering it... You can play Nazi Zombies Map Packs on World at War via buying them in the DLC. You can play the maps on Black Ops but you must have purchased the hardened or the prestige edition to have them. Currently there is no word about them being released in a DLC. Hope this helps!

You knife it just like a regular person. With the right-hand control wheel, all you do is press it. But you have to knife the zombies twice most often. I have no idea why.

You can't, sorry. The PS2 and Wii do not get nazi zombies, though i have no idea why. If you have a PC, just get the game for that, perhaps trade the PS2 one for the PC version, that way you get the "official" game (the fact being that the PS2 version was made by another company).

Which is better Call of Duty Black Ops or Call of Duty World at War?
This is more like an opinion question. Only by your experience, you can choose which is better. I like both of those. For Single Player: I like Call of Duty: World at War. It was the roots of Coop for Call of Duty and the Zombies was a great idea. The campaign itself was awesome, I think it was the best out of all Call of Duty's. For Multiplayer: By far, Black Ops has the best. The thing that sucks is the lag! They reduced it but there is still the slight lag. But you can't argue about the new Currency system, or the unlimited customization! They outdid themselves. Like I said, this is an opinion question. PC version If you plan on playing on the PC you shouldn't have any of them, the multiplayer is buggy, and multiplayer has hackers.
