All the atoms and molecules were created in stars by fusion. For elements heavier than iron, the energy needed for their formation requires a supernova explosion. Our Sun is not big enough. So you have some of star material in you!

These conditions took some time after the Big Bang. Our Earth accreted from odd material passing by.
