Generally though a bookkeeper could have a office that they work from (Off-site bookkeeping) and they may choose to go to the client's office (On-site bookkeeping) to work from there as well. working from home via internet (online bookkeeping) is getting really popular among bookkeepers and that would be another place where you find bookkeeper work from
