you put a funnel where the dipstick is and add it there Same place you check it on an A/T. Under the car on the upper side of the tranny on a manual.

The Stratus' are like most cars with automatics in that you add transmission fluid into the same tube that holds the dipstick. Check your owner's manual for the type of fluid needed and be sure not to overfill it. Add a bit, check it, add, check, and continue until it reads full. This should be done with the engine running and the transmission oil hot from driving, on a level surface.

AnswerYou add the transmission fluid through the tube at the back of the engine compartment in the dipstick that says trans fluid.
Drain tranny drop pan remove filter replace pan add fluid start motor place in N check levels.
Fill plug on the side of the transmission case.
You add the fluid down the dipstick tube.
