You go to your local police station and report it. There is little chance of any charges being filed if the statute of limitations is up on it, but it should still be investigated and you may prevent someone else from being done the same way as you were.

No one deserves that. It's a scary thing to come out and say to the police, but if you are being sexually abused, your parents will be held accountable for what they are doing to you.
