What would you like to do?
It is a black box about an 1¼" square by 2-3" long mounted under the dash near the emergency brake pedal. It looks like an over sized relay similar to the ones in the engine compartment fuse box. There are 3 of these relays located in the same general area. Ask your parts supplier to show you a replacement flasher and you will be able to compare it to the one in your car so that you will know which one to replace. My local dealer charged me $45 for this little gem! Haynes repair manual for Concord/Intrepid includes instructions for testing them.

Answer Under the dash close to the steering column.
Answer The flasher located under the steering column. It doesn't look like your usual silver flasher. It is a control modual, which looks like an ECM or a rather… larger box. If you are having problems with flashers, try checking fuses.
location of turn signal flasher the turn signal/hazard flasher is located under the dash between the brake pedal and the fuse block.

On the 2000 Chrysler concorde its under the steering column
in the fuse box That's not the relay fuse, the relay fuse is a big black with 4 or5 prong box located under the steering column. You must disable the airbag system 1st prior t…o removing this fuse.
Some newer models do still use the old "flasher relay" many of us remember from years gone by. However, most Chrysler models have turned this duty over to the computer...speci…fically, the Body Control Module. Is there a specific problem you're having? The fuse box on the driver side of the dash. Open the door and pull the cover off. The panel has the information on the inside of how it's laid out.
The original answer given by someone else wasn't accurate. It's probably under the dash, but it would be ABOVE the noise guard (knee protector). Not below it. It would l…ikely be between the fuse box and brake, up high above the knee, behind the panel. But to be honest, it's not even there on my 1995 Chrysler concord. So the original answer is definitely wrong. I have a 2002 and it IS behind the "knee" dash cover, this is removed by opening your fuse access panel on the left end of the dash, then there are 2 screws to be removed, once removed it pops out as it is just snapped into place using clips, it is close to the steering column. On my 2002 i have several relays, only one of which is black and that is the flasher/hazard relay. If you plan on keeping the car and doing alot of work on your own, invest in a chilton manual at your local auto store, it has ALL the steps needed for performing any maintenance on your car. The books run around $25. ( I just replaced that exact relay today)
