The owner's manual is lacking in regard to the location of the cab's fuse panel. Get a flashlight. With the driver's seat in the far back position, lay on your back with your head on the brake pedal. Look up BEHIND the dash, approximately behind where the white connector is on the front of the dash that you thought the owner's manual was refering to. You will see a black cover aproximately 1" x 6" with fuse designations on it. Remove. Looking left to right, your fuse is the blue 15A in the center of the row closest to the dash. It is designated on the cover as "CIG." Use a pair of needlenose with the jaw wrapped in tape to remove. Replace with spare in engine compartment fuse box. Put the under-dash cover in glove box to make next time easier.
