Main fuse block located on left hand side (drivers) behind trim panel at your knee's / feet and another (relay's and fuses) behind instrument panel on passenger side. Fusible links are located on firewall between a/c evaporator and blower motor on junction block.
Fuse block locations vary from model to model. Ask again specifying the model of your Chevy.

The flasher is in the fuse block. The fuse block is under the dash to the right of the steering column. It is a round can and simply plugs in.
There are usually a couple unused "accessory" fuse locations in the fuse block. = will wiring using the "accessory" fuse locations make the power to the device be off when the ignition is off

On the passenger side of the dashboard is your Cabin Fuse block , Remove the cover and on the inside , should be a Numeric label of the fuses and there locations
The fuse block is located on the right side of the dash. You have to open the passenger side door to see it. Remove the cover, on the back of the cove is a list of the locations of all fuses in the block.
Inside the car by the hood prop latch...The haynes manual says there is a fuse block under the hood but I cant find it...
The lower right hand fuse closest to the transmission tunnel is the fuse, if there is 1 in there already! then you are probly getting codes flashing all the time with engine running or not. IF code 12 ONLY with engine OFF just remove the fuse.
The location of the fuse block on a 2006 Fatboy is on the left side. The fuse block is behind the engine cover.
You can find fuse block diagrams for your 1989 Chevy Celebrity in either a factory service manual, Chilton manual or Haynes manual. If you don't have a manual your local library may have a Chilton or Haynes.
