All right, I found it and I quote its location from the original owners manual, "The fuse panel is located to the left of the steering column in the instrument panel. To expose the fuse panel, remove the lower steering column finish panel by removing the two retaining screws. Fuses the open (blow) may be replaced, but will continue to open until the cause of the overload condition is corrected." Hope this helps.
