go under your car and there you should see the exhaust pipes running towards the back. they are both next to each other, and the oxygen sensors are screwed directly into the exhaust pipes. usually there is 4 of then. on both pipes, one is for the upward oxygen flow and the other for the downward flow. sometimes they are hard to get out but relatively easy to replace. make sure you also check your head gasket, because oxygen sensors sometimes fail if the gaskets are blown! good luck
