Answer . There are two fuse boxes--one under the dash by the left foot rest, and one under the hood on the left side to the rear of the battery. The former has most of the interior circuits, the latter has the headlights and other high-drain equipment. Each should have a diagram on the cover. \n.… \nUnfortunately, the diagrams are incomplete, or else there are fuses hidden somewhere else, too. My front parking lights and cigarette lighter are out, and none of the fuses in these two locations seems to be involved. Any help with that would be appreciated.\n. \nGood luck~!\n. \nDavid P. Answer . \nHow did you check the fuses. If you use a voltage meter. A good fuse will measure barely a voltage across the fuse and a bad fuse will measure 12V (battery votage). If all else fails, buy a cheap manual. It'll help alot. Good luck.. Answer . \nDid you change the bulbs in your front parking lights? These things go out all the time. It is not uncommon to change them 3 times a year. (MORE)

Does the brake lamp warning of a blown stop lamp do a pretest when the ignition is turned on or to start in a 1984 Honda Accord coupe?
It illuminates in the run position, and should go out after the engine is started. It would have nothing to do with your brake lights being burnt out.
Mine is a 1999 Accord V6 coupe and I don't think there's a horn fuse. There is a horn relay under the hood in the back left in a black plastic box. On mine there are 3 identical relays (2 for headlights and 1 for the horn). If the 4-cylinder has the same arrangement as the V6 you could switch the re…lays to see if that was the problem. (MORE)

\n. \nin the car.\n. \nIt could be under the hood, or under the dashboard. Look in the manual. If not, go the dealership and ask for more information.
Igniter? Please elaborate as I am not familiar with the term ignitor on a gasoline engine, and do not understand what you are referring to. Within the oem distributor, there is an oem electrical ignitor($70). It is a very common issue and problem with 93 honda accords... it can be replaced and the… rest of the oem distributor is useable and salvaged, so dont throw it away! or listen to anyone that says the car is not getting spark and that the entire distributor is bad or the coil is bad, only replace with an aftermarket ignitor/distributor as a last option.
