front 36 psi rear 36psi for solo rider and 40 psi rear wheel with passenger.
a small screw on the primary at the bottom near the rear. Looks alot like a primary screw.
Unscrew the rear chrome screw on top of fender and a screw on left and right side of seat and pull up and back and remove.
Accessing the battery on a 98 FLHTC, remove the trunk from the docking hardware and you will find one screw at the back end (rear fender end) of the seat in the center of the rear fender, remove the screw and slide the seat to the rear until the locking tongue blade under the front of the seat clears the frame tab. The battery is located under the seat.
Remove the rear seat screw. Then pull the rear seat to the rear and slightly up. It is held in by two metal tabs that slip under the front seat lip.

It's under the seat and bolted to the rear fender.
Remove the Phillips screw or thumbscrew at the back of the seat, lift the rear of the seat slightly and pull it towards the rear tire. It should come right off.
Front tire 30 psi. Rear tire 36psi for solo rider, up to 40psi with passenger. I keep mine at 38psi. Works fine for either single or double rider.
