The throttle body is on the right side top of the engine if you are looking at the engine from the front of the car. You may have to remove the plastic engine cover to see it. The throttle body is the thing the air filter housing ducting hooks onto, usually with a clamp.. There should be a wired module that controls the throttle blade position as well as a couple of other sensors installed... Do yourself a favor and buy the cheap chilton manual that illustrates all procedures.. they are priceless! A Google search in images helps too.

The TPS is located on the throttle body of the intake system. Follow the air cleaner duct until it clamps onto the throttle body (which is right after the air duct). If you pull off the air duct you should see the throttle plate which moves accordingly with the gas pedal. The TPS is mounted in line with the throttle plate on the side of the housing, usually black. Look for an electrical connector.
