If you are sitting in the driver's seat, most Northstar Cadillacs have the turn signal flasher just to the left of the steering column, behind the plunger for the headlights... it's a black, square, electronic flasher.
To access the flasher, you have to remove the knee booster & the metal plate behind it, then "fish" to the left of the access hole for the unit... it's clipped to the dash, so you sometimes have to fight with it a little.
FYI... If Auto Zone tells you it's located on the passenger side of the steering column, they are wrong.
