Romeo and Juliet is a play. A fiction. The characters are also a fiction.
Hence their graves only exist, if at all, in the play.
Nonetheless the supposed grave of Juliet is a highlight of a visit in Verona... ah! Tourists!
Romeo, Count Paris, and Page ( Paris's servant)
Well, before Romeo got to Juliet's tomb, Paris was already there, decorating her tomb with flowers, but Paris went into hiding when Page told him someone was coming. When Paris saw that it was Romeo there, he got angry and they both started fighting. Romeo eventually killed Paris, and then he killed himself thinking that Juliet is dead.
Romeo and Juliet's grave is located in the Capulet family tomb in Verona, Italy, which is an actual site that visitors can go see today.
"[Jane] lies buried in the north aisle of the nave in Winchester Cathedral in Winchester, England."
Romeo discovered what he thought was Juliet's dead body in the Capulet tomb.
It looks exactly like the set designer of your production designed it to look. That's the great thing about plays--they can look any way you want them to.

(He picks a fight with Mercutio and kills him. Romeo takes revenge for his friend and kills Tybalt. That is why Romeo is banished from Verona)
