In order to determine that, you must first acquire a vision; a specific and clearly articulated picture of the future you intend to create for yourself. AMIE and BTech are engineering degrees. The main difference between the two is that, AMIE has a central syllabus but BTech has state syllabus.. AMIE courses are being conducted by The Institution Of Engineers (India) While different universities conduct BTech.

The salary difference between MTech and BTech is low.. BTech graduates get an average salary of around 17k in India. And MTech graduates get around 19k.. So its better to do MBA after BE or BTech unless you are to bright in technical aspects..
Actually msc biotech is bit technical whilw bsc is theory based bsc+msc is equal to btech degree and as u know biotech is a mainly a research oriented subject bsc and msc is better for it but still some fool peoples prefers a btech degree
Both are good, you need to select which is preferable to you. CS if you have technical bend of mind else IT if you want to eventually want to reach managerial or admin type positions.
