Fitness walking to me includes regular walking.

There are different types of walking that I use for different purposes.

If I walk casually then it's usually as a warm up or cool down tool.

I step it up to about 2-3mph to work my heart a little more.

Interval walking for me is great because I get to change speeds and also add an incline to my workout which challenges me in a shorter period of time then if I just casually walked.
