Roots
The root of a plant holds it upright. Other parts of plant such as- leaves, fruits vegetables etc. (except roots), are hold upright by the stem.
The stem of a plant, or the trunk of a tree, is what supports the leaf or foliage structure. This is usually anchored by the roots, which absorb water and other nutrients.
The roots anchor it to the ground and the stem helps it stay upright.

The Vacuole helps plants stay up right because since the vacuole absorbs water, waste, and nutrients the pressure builds inside of it so then it propels the plant to stay upright. When the vacuole lacks water the plant wilts and becomes limp. [The Vacuole occupies 30-90% of the cell's volume]
One simple example is a tree, which can stand upright alone. Some plants, especially some garden plants, may need help to keep upright by using bamboo canes, etc.
The antogonistic pairs keep the body upright and straight by the help of the fixators in the trunk region.
One difference from an animal cell, is that plant cells have a cell wall which helps to keep the plant rigid and to protect it.
Water is important in the plants shape as the pressure from the water in the cells help to keep the plants shape. When a plant is devoid of water it begins to droop, this means there is no water in the cells to help keep it upright.
Roots
Vacuoles maintain the cell turgidity to keep the plants upright.
Why do Butterflies keep wings in an upright position
To keep it upright.
There are at least 2 ways in which a plant's stem system can help a plant to survive in it's environment. It both helps keep water in the plant and hold the plant upright for example.
Tail
The Vacuole helps plants stay up right because since the vacuole absorbs water, waste, and nutrients the pressure builds inside of it so then it propels the plant to stay upright. When the vacuole lacks water the plant wilts and becomes limp. [The Vacuole occupies 30-90% of the cell's volume]
the vacuoles in plant cells support the plant because the vacuole holds large amounts of water thus suporting the plant
water and nutrients feed the plant thru the roots
it's tail helps them keep upright and moves them forward
The swim bladder keeps the fish upright in water.
No, the cells in a plant structure are much stronger than ordinary animal cells. The cells in the plant are in lines that go upwards, ie the stem, the combination of the strong cells and then being in lines upward keep the plant standing. The cells are also what causes the plant to follow light. Try it. Get a plant and put a lamp on one side of it, leave it for 1 hour, then move the lamp to the complete opposite side and leave for 1 hour, you will notice that the plant tilts towards the light and this movement is caused by the cell which keep the plant upright!
